নিরবিচ্ছিন্ন ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ পেতে ১৩ তারিখের আগে আপনার বিলটি পরিষদ করুন।
যদি চলতি মাসের বিলটি ১২ তারিখের পরে দিতে চান, তাহলে এখনই কল করে আপনার বিলের তারিখটি অফিসে জানিয়ে দিন এবং সংযোগটি সচল রাখুন ।
TETRASOFT এর সাথে

(1) Home user subscribers have to pay their prepaid internet bill within 12th day of the billing month.

(3) If the bill is not paid by 12th day of respective month, the line will be temporarily blocked without any prior notice.

(4) If he/she wants to pay their Internet bill after 22nd day of the billing month, he/she has to pay next month’s bill with current month’s bill.

Offline Payment using Mobile banking:

1) bKash Payment Instruction:
  1. Go to bKash Menu by dialing *247#
  2. Choose ‘3. Payment’
  3. Enter TETRASOFT 11 digit Merchant bKash Wallet No“01958456694” 
  4. Enter the amount you have to pay
  5. Enter a reference No: XXXX* (Your 4 digit client ID number)
  6. Enter Counter No: 0
  7. Enter your Menu PIN to confirm
  8. *Done! You will receive a confirmation SMS
1) NAGAD Payment Instruction:
  1. Go to your Nagad Mobile Menu by dialing *167#
  2. Choose ‘4. Payment’
  3. Enter TETRASOFT 11 digit Merchant Nagad Wallet No “01958456694” 
  4. Enter the amount you have to pay
  5. Enter Counter No: 1
  6. Enter a reference No: XXXX* (Your client ID number)
  7. Now enter your Nagad PIN to confirm
  8. *Done! You will receive a confirmation message from Nagad

*Please provide your Client-ID number as a reference, Otherwise your transaction will not be confirmed.
*Please keep your Transaction ID (TrxID & TxnID).
